That's the story that's happened in my head, anyway. | | | 12-22-2010 | #22 | | Audiofile Gregg is offline Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 1,885 | | Quote: | | | | | Can't be Sabien, he didn't know Trixie used to be a juvie so he apparantly never read her file. | | | | | Ooooh... good catch, Ace! I forgot that one myself! Yeah, in those days (and his first couple of appearances on the show) Sabien didn't really have the semi-cozy relationship with our heroes he does now. He probably wouldn't give Jack much more than a punch in the gob. If I do write a Black Jack book about their first meeting, it means Sabien would be in for a bit of a rough ride. Ah well... | | | 12-22-2010 | #23 | | Audiofile Undrave is offline Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Quebec, Canada Posts: 1,303 | | Quote: | | | | | Ooooh... good catch, Ace! I forgot that one myself! Dancing is optional | | | 12-24-2010 | #26 | | Audiofile KitJackson67 is offline Join Date: Oct 2010 Posts: 161 | | Quote: | | | | | A cop. Trixie needs a strapping cop, maybe ex-military. One that can give leads and info to Trixie, but only after a sufficient amount of banter and promises has been exchanged. Problem is, as a character Sabien already fits that bill in a way and those two should not be together. Ewww. | | | | | I like the idea of a new cop in the department, not a rookie, but a transfer from another city/state. | | | 12-24-2010 | #27 | | Audiofile KitJackson67 is offline Join Date: Oct 2010 Posts: 161 | | Quote: | | | | | I don't have an issue with Trixie and Sabien being together. I love their interactions in many of the episodes (most especially in No Justice). In fact, since he has a daughter, that could be an interesting dynamic there. Though, that would require that Mrs. Lieutenant Sabien would be in the big police precinct in the sky. | | | | | I would love to have Mrs. Sabien show up in an episde. Maybe Victor suspects corruption on the force, and Jack is the only one he trusts to get a message to his family. | | | 12-25-2010 | #28 | | Audiofile Undrave is offline Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Quebec, Canada Posts: 1,303 | Speaking of Mrs... I want to see Trixie's mother show up! And I'd just as soon not disrupt the flow of the TOTRP series, so it'd have to be a 2 book year. But if I can think of something for them to say, it might yet happen. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | | All times are GMT -5.
