Default Any Seattle-area people going to the live recordings of Imagination Theater?

I've enjoyed Jim French's Imagination Theatre for years, and even though I've lived in Seattle for more than half a decade, I've neglected to attend one of the live recordings.

They only do it a few times a year and the next one is this Monday, September 13th at the Kirkland Performance Center. I've decided to finally go see the live show.

It seems like there are a fair number of Washington residents in the audio drama world. I'm just wondering if any of you go the Imagination Theatre live shows. It would be cool to just say hi to any of you who might be there.

Funnily enough, J.C., I work for Jim French (3/4 time, I do the books and occasionally pen a script).

Alas, I don't go to the recordings. Monday is my day off and I like it to be a total day off

Have fun. I have gone in the past when I first started working for the company, but it's been a couple years now. The last time I went there was a big snow storm.

I realized last night that I should clarify something. After all, a person who doesn't go to performance given by the company she works for??? I keep the books. Live performances are very stressful for me. I count the house. I look at the actors, the sound effects guys and the sound engineer and the calculator in my brain starts adding the costs. Will we fill the house and maybe, just maybe pay some of the expenses. How many actors? That many, hell, double the budget. And the sales out front, will they cover our salaries this week. Yup, don't go to the live performances, way way way too stressful for this bean counter.
