No blog today - too darn hot...

My recording area is a sauna. I think I'm just going to have to skip a week.

We've got this heat wave thing going on - and I know everyone in Texas and Oklahoma and Montana and stuff will laugh like hyenas at my wussieness, but here in Seattle, an air conditioner is a silly useless thing 9/10ths of the year, so we don't none of us have them.

So... sorry!

You know back in my day when we would do an audio blog, it didn't matter how hot or cold it got outside. You made sure that all the windows were closed to keep the outside noise out. No fans were allowed - and the Central heat and air were never turned on. We would do this while walking bare foot to school 40 miles up hill. Both ways.
