I love this series. As an adventure pulp, hardboiled detective and supernatural horror fan, this is just perfect. Can't wait for the next series.

Well the good news is that the next exciting storyline is complete and being recorded over the next few weeks.

My favourite thing about this show (apart from writing big chunks of it) is the way we have a meta-plot coming along and the creative input from the cast and crew has made it go far beyond what had been originally envisioned.

Have you considered chronicling the production of the show at it's webpage? I'm always interested in seeing how these things come together by different groups.

Cool idea! I will check into that. The funny thing about Jake Sampson is that one of us will go- wouldn't it be cool if---

Next thing I know we are all checking history and throwin out ideas and Paul starts gathering them and then spins it into what I think is a masterwork. But Paul's my bud and I admit to being biased-LOL

You live near Crossplains? Very cool. Do you often have Hyberian beasts skulking about the caves in those parts? Must be hell on the property values!

I listened to the Tears of Ra last night. Another hit!

But i have two questions too ask?

1)Who over at BrokenSea has spent a summer in my home state of Nebraska? Becuase Tex's description of the Nebraska summer heat is frighteningly accurate! LOL!

2) What's the title of the theme music on Jake Sampson? Its perfect for the show; sets the mood exactly.

Never been there myself. I did read once, years ago, a tall tale about Nebraska where it was claimed that it got so hot that the corn started popping right there in the fields.

Seemed like the sort of thing that Tex would say. Of course it's all true.
