Post Red Panda Adventures (47) - The Endgame

For years now, a shadowy organization has targeted the city and its citizens. Time after time the Terrific Twosome has defeated their most diabolical efforts and time after time the Syndicate has risen from the ashes, changed its stripes and begun it's campaign of terror anew. Who would have thought that the worst thing they could possibly do was give up? Will anything be left standing after we enter.... The Endgame? Length: 30 min, Size: 10MB

I'd like to point out, as it's Friday afternoon and I haven't been able to log in to ADT from home for a couple of weeks, that any burning questions or outraged commentary will not elicit a response until Monday at the earliest.

It's Lord of the Flies time, kids.

Okay guys, Gregg's away for a few days. What kind of trouble can we get ourselves into?

One burning question I have.

I guess I never really understood who the Syndicate was/what they wanted. I mean, obviously, they were fascists, and had serious political ambitions, but there was never really any mastermind revealed.

Golden Claw was involved (voiced by Shannon Arnold, strangely enough), but the organization's true bosses and backers weren't really discussed. Varkin had a distinct Slavic accent, but the doctor near the end had shades of German. Are they Nazis?

Hm. I wonder if this will be revealed in time.

I like the way we're starting to see the Boss's fallibility. He's not invincible, and this may just foreshadow trouble to come ...

Since I don't want to talk plot so soon out of the gate...

Am I the only one that noticed for the small hint of similarity between Gregg's voice and Casey Kasem (opening bit)?

Hey, look, I can log in after all. That's messed up.

Casey Kasem? Hmmm... interesting take on the "Jack Benny Gregg" from the Christmas special... I assume you mean Casey as Shaggy rather than Smoove Radio Casey (or Robin from Superfriends Casey). Heck, who am I to argue?

This show gave me the same feeling as "Chuck" from last week- that is, "If this is the next-to-last show of the season, what in the blue HELL are they planning for the finale?"
