It's Lord of the Flies time, kids. | | | 05-01-2009 | #4 | | Audiofile Janice is offline Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 1,299 | | Quote: | | | | | ... any burning questions or outraged commentary will not elicit a response until Monday at the earliest. ... | | | | | Okay guys, Gregg's away for a few days. What kind of trouble can we get ourselves into? -Janice | | | 05-01-2009 | #5 | | Hardboiled James Wolfe is offline Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Moorhead, Minnesota Posts: 99 | One burning question I have. I guess I never really understood who the Syndicate was/what they wanted. I mean, obviously, they were fascists, and had serious political ambitions, but there was never really any mastermind revealed. Golden Claw was involved (voiced by Shannon Arnold, strangely enough), but the organization's true bosses and backers weren't really discussed. Varkin had a distinct Slavic accent, but the doctor near the end had shades of German. Are they Nazis? Hm. I wonder if this will be revealed in time. __________________ http://anartlawful.libsyn.com This is Timothy J. Meyer of An Art Lawful Productions. Am I the only one that noticed for the small hint of similarity between Gregg's voice and Casey Kasem (opening bit)? | | | 05-01-2009 | #8 | | Audiofile Gregg is offline Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 1,885 | Hey, look, I can log in after all. That's messed up. Casey Kasem? Hmmm... interesting take on the "Jack Benny Gregg" from the Christmas special... I assume you mean Casey as Shaggy rather than Smoove Radio Casey (or Robin from Superfriends Casey). Heck, who am I to argue? | | | 05-01-2009 | #9 | | Zune User Digamma is offline Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: ZZ9 Plural ZA Posts: 190 | | Quote: | | | | | Hey, look, I can log in after all.
