Talking Twin Stars ep 2 and 3-listened!

DUG the trial in ep 2! Found I was very happy to see the outcome and enjoyed the bit of tickery involved in getting the right verdict <having served 5 years in the US Navy- so the Jargaon was cool to hear>, and it wa good to hear my buddy Paul Mannering with a southern american accent! Another fine ep!

Started ep 3, 1/2 way thru or so, <dog fight> , and though I was enjoying it- was lost for a bit because of the shift in the story to the pirates... My mp3 player has no screen- so I was worried that I had the ep's out of order. But having checked the site, I will forge ever onward as this is COOL!

Keep up the groovy work!

Glad you're enjoying them Bill. Paul did a great job as the judge, and gave it just the right amount of gravitas. I try to slip in a little jargon every now and then, but having never served in the military I only use it sparingly to avoid getting it wrong.

You'll find I tend to jump back and forth between Tysen and Ping-An about every second episode. They're two parallel stories which are running next to each other, and meeting up on occasion. There's also often big jumps in time between episodes as I'm skipping various things like travel time. (In this setting travel between systems can take days to weeks.) The whole of first season occurs over a period of about a half year.

Just listen to the log/journal entries, and they won't steer you wrong.

Rob

Thanks man- as I am new to the series- it makes total sense <the jumping around and all> now. And I would have caught on sooner, except for the lack of file display on my Mp3 player... That said- groving onto more Twin Stars!
