A fantasy friend (hmmm. Well, she does model for fantasy illustrations, so . . . ) Where was I? A friend who's into fantasy let me know that Fantasy Magazine is seeking audio drama scripts. Visit http://www.darkfantasy.org/fantasy/?page_id=2#AD and scroll down. And I quote: "Payment is $50 for non-exclusive audio rights. Produced dramas will be available as a podcast from Fantasy and possibly broadcast on a public radio station. . . . The submission period is from September 1 - November 15, 2008." P.S. And, of course, now I see that ktempest has already reported this news. So . . . no way to delete this. Well, okay, then.

I emailed them four times before getting a response. I'm not sure what exactly is happening as they turned down all my scripts, but it took ages to even poke them into telling me that much! I'm sorry to hear they turned down your scripts. I only submitted one, but two e-mails haven't warranted a reply.

I e-mailed in late February about a script I submitted. The only reply I got was that it was forwarded to the person in charge of the project. Mike | | | | | I'm not sorry, I ended up starting production on it myself for Ilane which turns out better anyway. They were limiting the number of characters to be written in.
