Has anyone noticed that DRT is like the number 12 download in the iTunes Performing arts podcasts? Gregg you've come a long way baby. __________________ www.drawsumthincool.com | | | 09-06-2008 | #2 | | Audiofile Gregg is offline Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 1,885 | Neat! I wondered if that was just an "iTunes-in-Canada" thing. Of course, I've never been entirely clear if that's a numbers game or some other kind of ranking, but we'll take it. | | | 09-06-2008 | #3 | | Moderator Jack J Ward is offline Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia Posts: 1,914 | That's freaking phenomenal Buddy.. I notice the Darker Projects Dr Who is always in there too... As I say, I don't know exactly how you get on those "Featured Lists"... if it's a reflextion of downloads or a value judgement from a staffer at iTunes... but it does bring in a lot of traffic. | | | 09-06-2008 | #5 | | Disgruntled Since 1984 Jerm is offline Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Peterborough, Ontario, Canada Posts: 325 | Congratulations! Everyone knows that 'fire' is in fact just a conspiracy circulated by the 'fire department' and the 'department of health and safety'. In fact, to prove my point, I will tip over this 'flaming' 'candle' and... | | | | Hooray! | | 09-06-2008 | #8 | | Teacher/Audio Fan bugsy is offline Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Lakewood Posts: 66 | Hooray! They're down to number 19 now, just behind Case Closed, but still a few spots ahead of A Fresh Approach to the Snare Drum. So it must have something to do with downloads, and there would have been a surge of them after the season debut on the weekend. And just for the record, I will think they've earned their just reward when they're featured on the main podcast page. -Janice P.S. No offence to anyone involved with snare drums, I just think it would be a pretty specific and likely small-ish audience. | | | 09-08-2008 | #10 | | Imagination Lane Audio alexachipman is offline Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Petaluma, CA & Harlech, UK Posts: 1,748 | | Quote: | | | | | Congratulations!
