Ok, first, I have to say that I liked the shows. They show real promise and I certainly could not write better myself. I preferred "Connector" to "Necropolis" as I think you have the ideas of horror down a bit more than science fiction. I don't know if you've read, or listened to much good science fiction as I felt there was some gaps or rather inconsistencies in the science side of this story. A ship to the Kuyper belt certainly would NOT have been based on or called a shuttle as that was for close orbit only. I'm not sure if you mentioned any sort of FTL drive but it would have needed it were the trip to be made in (seemingly) hours rather than months or even years. I also thought some mention might have been made of the type of mission they were on which may have necessitated a change in training or choice of astronauts. I found the non-narrator astronaut really NOT "the right stuff". I understand that was where your conflict came in but then I want to understand why they had such a "weak" character on such a mission. These are just my personal opinions, thats all, and believe me, I will continue to listen to your stuff as it gets posted because while I found some faults, it is better than much out there! __________________ "Between subtle shading and the absence of light lies the nuance of illusion." - Deciphered text from the CIA's Kryptos by James Sanborn. |
