Watching "MAD" on Cartoon Network-- Spy v. Spy kids--and definitely heard the first two notes of the Black Jack riff... several times. Now back to your regularly scheduled evening.
All of the different "bits" of the Black Jack themes are seperate elements, and were all purchased at Sounddogs, so I'm not surprised to hear them come up elsewhere, though I doubt anyone combines them quite the way we do.
