Wink Wasteland Radio: Broadcasting from the Apocalypse

Hey, I'm here to promote my baby, Wasteland Radio. The premise of Wasteland Radio is that the host, Charlie C., and all of his guests are living one hundred and something years after the end of the world. So it's a radio show transmitting out into the wasteland....

It's main purpose is to be comedically entertaining. We try to get as outrageous as possible while still being able to be kinda family friendly. So far we have had zombies, midgets, ghosts, mutated freaks, religious zealots, hillbillies, post-apocalyptic poets, politicians, and slave runners on our show.

Our creative process involves a brainstorming session to come up with guests, a story, etc.., then we just record it segment by segment and if the segment sucks we delete it and start over. We insert about three songs per episode just to break up the scenes and make it more enjoyable for the listeners. We really want people to imagine themselves as living in a wasteland and tuning in to listen. Please check us out and let us know if you like it.

Thanks, Charlie
