This is not exactly DRT related, but it is a question that I think this crowd here can help with. So, since I gave the dh the first season of Disney's Zorro TV show for Christmas, the two of us have been thinking a lot about mystery men, specifically, heroes with a secret identity. The earliest example we can discover is the Scarlet Pimpernel, followed closely by Zorro and the Lone Ranger. Do you know anyone earlier? Thanks! __________________
